Guaranty Bancorp Doubles Quarterly Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/10/15 -- Guaranty Bancorp (NASDAQ: GBNK), a community bank holding company based in Colorado, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. This represents a 100% increase over the previous dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 27, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 20, 2015.
