BMO Private Investment Counsel Inc. Announces Changes to Its Portfolios
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/10/15 -- BMO Private Investment Counsel Inc. ("BPICI"), the investment management arm of BMO Private Banking and the manager of BMO Private International Equity Portfolio (the "Portfolio") and the other BMO Private Portfolios (collectively, the "Portfolios"), today announced that it will make certain changes in respect to the Portfolios.
Effective on or about April 17, 2015, Thornburg Investment Management, Inc. will no longer act as sub-advisor for BMO Private International Equity Portfolio and will be replaced with BMO Asset Management Corp. ("BMO AM Corp"). In addition, effective on or about April 17, 2015, McKinley Capital Management, LLC will no longer act as sub-advisor for BMO Private International Equity Portfolio and will be replaced with WCM Investment Management ("WCM"). Pyrford International Limited will continue to act as sub-advisor of the Portfolio.
The investment strategies of the Portfolio will not change as a result of the sub-advisor changes.
Effective February 2, 2015, the BMO Harris Private Banking name was changed to BMO Private Banking. BMO Private Banking''s investment management services arm changed its name from BMO Harris Investment Management Inc. (BHIMI) to BMO Private Investment Counsel Inc. (BPICI).
Additionally, the investment funds'' names have changed as follows:
