Based on a global survey which captured insights of 200+ senior HR and L&D professionals, the three-page report gives an executive insight into how big data and talent mobility boost performance in the learning and development sector.
The white paper addresses three key themes from Speexx Exchange 2014-15 Survey: (1) organisations must maximise on big data in a corporate learning context, (2) organisation need to address the war for talent HR and L&D managers currently face, and (3) organisations must develop a truly mobile workforce.
