IT systems integrator honored by Top Employers Institute

(firmenpresse) - (arvato Systems) Gütersloh, Germany – arvato Systems has been honored by the prestigious Top Employers Institute for the second year running and may now refer to itself as the ‘2015 Top Employer in Germany.’ An extensive certification process evaluated diverse categories related to HR management, ranging from onboarding and talent strategy to training and development.
All participating companies must go through a strict review process to be eligible for certification. The extent to which the companies meet the high standards stipulated by the Top Employers Institute is determined as part of an independent audit. The institute also evaluated what arvato Systems is able to offer its employees in the following categories:

• Training and development
• Performance management
• Executive development
• Career and succession planning
• Compensation and benefits
• Corporate culture
Dennis Utter, Regional Director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland for the Top Employers Institute, said, “The detailed audit showed that arvato Systems has established a superb working environment and has a huge variety of creative initiatives on offer. Siegfried Bloch, Vice President of Human Resources at arvato Systems, will accept the award in Düsseldorf, Germany, on 19 February 2015. “We are delighted to be receiving this award once again,” says Bloch. “But we won’t be resting on our laurels.
