NCA Group Acquires All Valley Adjusters
(firmenpresse) - INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (Marketwired) -- 02/02/15 -- NCA Group announced today that it has acquired All Valley Adjusters, significantly bolstering NCA Group''s daily field adjuster resources in the western United States. This transaction marks NCA Group''s seventh acquisition since 2011 and continues NCA Group''s expansion as a leading provider of loss adjusting and claims management services throughout North America, including daily claims service in all 50 states.
Founded in 1998 by Doug Fuller and headquartered in Simi Valley, California, All Valley Adjusters is known for providing high quality and timely loss adjusting services through its team of talented adjusters. All Valley Adjusters provides statewide coverage in California and also services residential and commercial property claims in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona. All Valley Adjusters will operate under the NCA Group name and all key personnel will remain in place.
