Meusburger Update: Function Developments
(PresseBox) - Since the beginning of 2015 Meusburger has been offering new functions in the CD and online catalogue. These function innovations are included in the catalogue update 5.8.6.0 and facilitate designing engineers to work much more easily.
Customizable 3D models
As of now products such as the hydraulic cylinders and the E 1840 round latch lock can be customized during the CAD Export. When exporting CAD data, customers can enter the parameters required (such as the length and stroke) and then the 3D model is created according to their specifications.
Development in the Die Set Wizard
Another new feature development concerns the Die Set Wizard: from now on, the E 5242 Guiding bush with collar and roller cage can be selected in the Die Set Wizard and automatically calculated. This feature can be used for all types of die sets (SV, SP, SH).
