COSMINO will place the focus on the MES improvement process at the informational event sponsored by the MES D.A.CH Verband e.V.
(PresseBox) - The MES D.A.CH Verband (MES Association for Germany, Austria and Switzerland) invites all interested parties to spend two days at Beckhoff Automation GmbH in Verl, Germany in February.
The numerous talks will present the participants with case studies at the automation and ERP levels as well as an overview of the current market situation. The event will be rounded off by a tour of the plant conducted by Beckhoff Automation GmbH.
As one of the speakers during the event, the CEO of COSMINO AG, Frank Egersdörfer, will present the opportunities and options for using MES as a driver for the continuous improvement process.
The use of manufacturing execution systems (MES) in manufacturing will serve the goal of discovering previously unknown potential and simplifying processes in order to increase capacities. Thereby, MES will become the driver for a continuous improvement process, which companies will no longer be able to avoid for very long.
Due to the speaker''s many years of practical experience, an intensive connection to the factual projects of prestigious customers should be expected. By the end of his presentation, Mr. Egersdörfer should also have answered the question of whether full automation of manufacturing processes is necessary at all for the indicated objective of MES.
