Spoken in a a hyper-formalized English evocative of the stage, Pestilent Vapors is the story of a boy meeting his girlfriend’s father for the first time. Introductions go less than stellar when Gareth is caught bringing cigarettes into Arthur’s home. A few fibs later, Gareth and Lynette find themselves in a comedy of disasters.

William Waters produced the independent comedy short with Charese Mongiello and Aida Thomas. Dili Isaac was the cinematographer and editor. Isaac has worked on more than 40 titles, including The Morning After and Killing Vivian.
