Premiere: MBJ Solutions GmbH exhibitor on the VISION in Stuttgart
(PresseBox) - MBJ Solutions GmbH will exhibit on the this year''s VISION trade show - world leading trade show for image processing - in Stuttgart. Based on innovative LED illumination units from MBJ Imaging GmbH - a daughter company of MBJ Solutions GmbH - MBJ Solutions will show products for print inspection and for barcode reading.
"Outstanding features of our new products are easy integration into a print process combined with a very compact mechanical design" stated Dr. Michael Fuß, CEO of MBJ Solutions GmbH. The print inspection sensor heads are available in different sizes and with different resolutions. Integrated LED dome illumination ensures a very homogeneous image of the print label under test. Dedicated software allows easy configuration and operation. The sensor heads are also available without the MBJ software so standard image processing libraries from the open market can be used.
Beside the print inspection sensor heads MBJ Solutions presents a new barcode reader capable to read 1D and 2D barcodes from a large distance. This is possible due to a very bright LED illumination unit developed by MBJ Imaging GmbH. The design of the illumination with integrated controller is dedicated to the Basler ace camera series.
MBJ Solutions GmbH is specialized on the development, the manufacturing and sales of image processing inspection equipment for various industries. One of the main markets for MBJ is the solar industry. Based on the electroluminescence technology MBJ provides inspection systems for the production process of solar modules. This technology makes for the human invisible defects clearly visible.
