NEW at Meusburger: a guiding system with small diameters
(PresseBox) - Meusburger is again attracting the attention of its customers with the extension of its product range in the field of punching tool construction. New and available from stock are high-precision guiding elements with small diameters, in various versions and as ball or sliding guide units. The Meusburger catalogue also includes a convenient selection guide enabling the fast and easy selection of the most adequate compact guiding system.
The new compact guiding system for in-tool guiding is available in diameters 6 to 19 mm and can also be used for applications in the field of jigs and fixtures. Depending on their application, each component of this system has its own particular advantages. For instance, the E 5213 ball cage with its spirally arranged balls is especially suitable for rotary and linear motion. The E 5226 ball cage from aluminium has a built-in teflon sealing ring which serves as a fall arrester and enables the optimal positioning of the ball cage while the guide pillars are moving out. The E 5028 guide pillar''s ''superfinished'' surface ensures its smooth running. The tolerances between pillar and bush are perfectly adapted in order to guarantee both easy movement and high stiffness.
