Major order for A+W Software GmbH from Algeria
Cevital Group orders integrated system for glass and window manufacturing
(PresseBox) - The Cevital corporation, also known as MFG Mediterranean Float Glass, is establishing in Algeria a new, fully automated plant for the glass and window manufacturer Oxxo, who was aquired in 2013. The new Oxxo plant will produce the entire product range of glass and windows and will set up its own extrusion plant.
Cevital has decided on June 18th to purchase a comprehensive A+W CANTOR ERP solution, including the A+W CANTOR dealer software. The high-tech glass production of the Oxxo-plant will be equipped with a premium A+W Production system including the automatic optimizing and sorting system DynOpt. The contract has a total volume of 1 million Euros.
The Cevital group, founded in 2008, is a conglomerate with 12,000 employees in 18 branches. The glass division MFG is one of the largest flat glass corporations in Africa. Oxxo is one of the leading glass and window manufacturers in France.

The Oxxo project is just the beginning of a long-term cooperation between Cevital and A+W: In the second step of the project, more Cevital / MFG production plants in France and Algeria will be equipped with A+W software in 2015.
