AAC design production capacity is exceeded
More than 300,000 m³ of autoclaved aerated concrete were produced by AAC plant „Kombinat stenovih materialov Kubani“ in 2013. So the design annual production capacity of the plant was exceeded. The AAC plant is completely equipped with machinery of one of the leading manufacturers of building materials equipment – WKB Systems GmbH.
(firmenpresse) - The production line of WKB Systems GmbH installed in AAC plant “Kombinat stenovih materialov Kubani“ (OOO KSMK) in Krasnodar/Russia ensures waste-free, efficient and completely automated production of autoclaved aerated concrete. In 2013 the design annual production capacity of 300,000 m³ was exceeded.
„Perfectly balanced mass preparation, high precision of cutting line WKB CL1, thought-out automation of production process as well as ongoing support of our partner WKB Systems GmbH are the cornerstones of our success” – proudly reports the chief production manager Dmitry Grizodubov.
WKB dosing and mixing facility significantly minimises raw materials consumption and makes it possible to follow up preset variables during the whole AAC production process.
Casting technology of WKB Systems GmbH ensures high homogenity of the end product in respect of density and strength. On the market of South Russia OOO KSMK is the only manufacturer of AAC products with strength index of 3,5.
Cutting line WKB CL1 cuts AAC blocks with max. tolerance of 1 mm.
There is no need to autoclave the bottom layer and to remove production wastes as WKB CL1 cuts AAC cakes on all sides. All the cuts, top and bottom layers are forwarded via slurry preparation section to the production process.
AAC production with equipment of WKB Systems GmbH is a waste-free process with minimum energy consumption and high automation level.
The plant is equipped with 29 heating chambers and six autoclaves. Each autoclave gives room for 18 AAC cakes.
More than 1,000 m³ of autoclaved aerated concrete are produced per day in Krasnodar.
The product rage of OOO KSMK comprises more than 80 types of AAC blocks of various sizes, densities (D400-D700) and strength indexes (B2-3,5). AAC blocks are sold on the market under the brand name “WKBlock”.
Thanks to its outstanding quality, precise form, perfect density and strength WKBlock has the leading position on the market of building materials in South Russia.
