Giant laser show in the luxurious 5 stars hotel Pomegranate in Halkidiki, Greece
The Greek peninsula Halkidiki is a popular resort. A great climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful sea water and good food. The luxurious 5-star hotel Pomegranate Spa Hotel offers this lifestyle in a special way. After a renovation and expansion of the re-opening of the tourism season in 2014 was celebrated on 1 May 2014, a laser show of the Swabian company LPS-laser systems from Novalis.
(firmenpresse) - The luxurious 5 stars hotel Pomegranate Spa Hotel is located on the Greek peninsula Halkidiki, which attracts every year numerous tourists. Those vacationists know which pleasure is waiting for them:

The noble Pomegranate Spa Hotel, which has been renovated and expanded last year, enables this lifestyle in a very special way. A fine and restful stay is offered to the exquisite guests, with focus on the latest standards and kindly service up to the smallest detail, as well as great entertainment for adults and children.
The start of the this year’s tourism season was celebrated on 1st May 2014 in a manner, that the 1,000 invited guests of this event will probably never forget.
Specially for this event a glamorous backdrop was built around the spacious pool area. The entire hotel was literally in a charming color dress, from multimedial effects up to creative handmade flower arrangements. Walls and peacocks, up to two meters tall, as well as noble flower bouquets were artfully made of beautiful and lovely fragrant flowers. In addition to several show parts, consisting of well-known artists, singers and dancers, countless technical equipment like moving heads, video mapping and fireworks, the South German company LPS-Lasersysteme from Ofterdingen provided an impressive laser show with a total of nineteen high-end laser show systems of the LPS-Bax series.
Already at the entrance of the modern hotel an introductory opening inspired, made with the permanently installed multimedia event consisting of sound, fire, water fountains and multi-colour laser shows. Three LPS-Bax RGB laser show systems, controlled by ILDA via time code, can project separately different laser animations.
The courtyard with inviting garden terrace and comfortable seating in middle of beautiful seas of flowers, palm trees and water terrace, was covered by moving laser beams.
This laser roof was realized with four powerful LPS-Bax laser show systems, which were controlled with DMX via the LPS-LaserShowPlayer.
Around the spacious pool area, six RGB laser show systems were installed.
Three of them on the stage side. The large swimming pool in front of the stage was skilfully integrated into the scenery. For this, it was equipped with gangplanks, where the artists could present their impressive performance. Additional three laser show systems of the LPS-Bax series provided a laser show projection from the opposite building, a spacious hall for major events like weddings, meetings or something like that. To ensure, that the extensive light and laser show effects can be performed properly, eleven wind and smoke machines were placed on the whole area.
Specially manufactured for large outdoor events, the machines make sure that the fog is artificially generated and spreaded evenly.
Refracted light, and refracted laser beams in particular, become more visible to the human eye.
Therefore, fog is a very important element and contributes to a professional show.
In the previous year six LPS-Bax laser show systems were already installed in the club of the 5-stars hotel Pomegranate. Thus the guests can enjoy permanently laser shows.
The successful combination of laser show, Russian and Greek singers, which offered a mixture of folk and pop music, and dancers that sometimes performed with illuminated costumes, entertained the fascinated audience obviously perfect.
