ROWA Lack invests in Asia for the future
(PresseBox) - Pinneberg/Germany, May 12th, 2014 ? ROWA Lack has been manufacturing at its Yesan site in South Korea since 1995, primarily producing solvent-based lacquers for the Asian market. Customers in China and South Korea, in particular, are supplied from the Yesan factory. Due to growing market demand, ROWA Lack has not only expanded production in China, but has also made considerable investments in South Korea. These investments included complete refurbishment of the production and administration departments. Both the production hall and the offices were completely renewed and partially redesigned in a record-breaking 40 days. The Yesan production site now complies with all current requirements with respect to environmental protection, building legislation, and fire safety.
Production in the Yesan factory remains focused on the manu-facture of standard lacquers for technical textiles. Integration of the special lacquer portfolio into the production range is planned for this year. The extensive modernisation measures and expansion of the product portfolio in South Korea together with the newly established manufacturing in China will continue to guarantee fast and high-quality deliveries to all Asian customers in the future.
