Laser show emphasizes multimedia production in the land of the Pharaohs
Egypt is the land of the pyramids, and unique buildings. But the deserts are attracting tourists from all over the world. Since March 2014, there are appealing entertainment, events and spectacle in any form. The Swabian manufacturer LPS-laser systems was also on the spot and demonstrate a multimedia presentation.
(firmenpresse) - With its pyramids and uncountable further remarkable buildings like impressive temples, sculptures and tombs, Egypt is still a very popular destination for tourists from around the whole world. Since March 2014, the modern Egyptian capital Cairo offers much more besides admirable deserts and the antique architecture. Appealing entertainment and any kind of event spectacles are offered for the numerous international guests, who visit the pyramids paradise each year.
Probably, one of the newest and most modern shopping malls in Cairo is the Porto Cairo Mall. The gigantic shopping centre has a total area of 34,500 m². With one hypermarket, 180 mega stores on an area of 29,000 m², more than 50 restaurants and cafés which represent international kitchens, the shopping cockaigne provides a range of sensational entertainment for its visitors. In addition to the big cinema centre with six cinema screens, the guests can enjoy from the Sky Café, but of course also from the shopping site itself, a breathtaking multimedia show. In an oasis of water fountains there are beside professional animated video projections and a fire chain which flames up to 30 cm above the water, also excellent laser show projections. These laser projections complements respectfully the overall picture of a multimedia show. Extensive programming were required to harmonize all elements musically.
The German manufacturer LPS-Lasersysteme as well as its long-term, Portuguese business partner, who is a professional for water art solutions for decades, realized the large-scale project.
In addition to several hundred meters power lines for the whole equipment as well as water pipes for the illuminated water fountains, also two X-Blu RGB laser show systems with each 12 watts power were installed.
The LPS-RealTIME Pro, a professional and well-known laser show software on the market, controls the laser show systems, produced in Germany. Thus, the responsibles of the Porto Cairo Mall can inspire their visitors with varied multimedia shows from the beginning, seven complete shows were programmed on the conditions of the locality, presented music-controlled via time code. The laser graphics who were created specifically for the shopping centre Porto Cairo Mall shows hieroglyphics, Egyptian symbols and deities, the globe and of course Papa Porto, the mascot of the Egyptian capital Cairo.
This laser show performances are projected on two additional water screens, whereas the water fountains truly dance smoothly at the same time. The common game of the used media provides a phenomenal overall picture.
That were not enough. The animated Amer Group logo is projected on a building with the laser show systems. The Amer Group is one of the leading real estate developers, which has its focus specifically on family objectives. Therefore, the company is responsible for several hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and further projects in Egypt.
