Since its inception, RentApartmani portal has been providing serviced apartment accommodation in Belgrade, in the short term, a few days or weeks, and from year to year; increasing the number of offered apartments to tourists, families and business people in Belgrade.
"For the last four years of our existence we have tried to provide our guests comfortable and affordable accommodation in Belgrade. At the same time we tried to increase offer of only categorized and high-quality apartments in Belgrade. Nowadays, unlike the time when we entered the market, there’s a much bigger apartment rental offer generally in Belgrade and we decided that quality of service is the only path we should follow. We believe that in the future this orientation will be shown as only possible for all apartment rental providers in Belgrade" said one of the portal editors Milos Kraguljac.
Apartment accommodation in Belgrade is becoming an increasingly popular form of accommodation for Belgrade visitors due to its comfort and price affordability.
"When choosing apartment guests are led by several factors, but when it comes to a longer, price is definitely a crucial factor so far. We always make compromises and that's why our guests come back." he continued.
Also, Belgrade has experienced an increase in the number of foreign guests year by year and demand for high quality luxury apartments and budget accommodation is increasing as well.
"Yes, the truth is that Belgrade is an increasingly popular city-break city and I personally expect the Tourist Organization of Belgrade will make certain steps regarding promotion and popularization of Belgrade outside our borders. I'm confident that we have the capacity to show all cultural and other values of our capital."
Last year Belgrade was voted the number one European city to be visited in 2014 and whether the forecasts and expectations will be fulfilled, only the future can tell.
