Visual TimeAnalyzer allows users to track time spent working on PC, on the Internet or with specific software - automatically and without any required action on the part of the user
(PresseBox) - Visual TimeAnalyzer is designed to track time, project, and cost data family's PC or company's network. It allows administrators and managers to create timesheets, project tracking sheets, and software usage reports.
Integrated into each PC, the software can track by project or by user. It will track time spent working, time not working, costs, projects, software usage, time spent online, and other data about PC usage. Every detail can be presented in a report, illustrated for ease of reference. In addition to tracking for companies, VisualTimeAnalyzer can be used to track PC usage by children. Because it runs in the background, the software can gather and create reports of PC use remotely. It can also be used across a network of machines to track data for a single project on multiple machines.
Reports and time tracking can be produced for project cost analysis, attendance, project and time management, and general time tracking. Additional details you can see include hourly usage, weekly and monthly statistics, commonly used programs, time spent online, documents and files that were opened, analysis of program use in a project management setting, and web page history.
Administrators can also compare usage among all users and store user data for future reference. The software does not record any keystrokes or take screenshots of activity on screen. Visual TimeAnalyzer works with Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/2000 and Windows Server.
