Sterilisable and autoclave-capable: GEMÜ sampling bottle system
(PresseBox) - The mobile bottle systems from GEMÜ are suitable for contamination-free sampling and transport of samples to the laboratory or quality assurance station. The entire sampling unit is easy to sterilise and autoclave-capable. The objective of GEMÜ products is increased safety for the sampling of liquids from sterile and hygienic processes. Therefore, the valve block systems have an EHEDG-certified diaphragm sealing system. The valve body itself is made of stainless steel, and glass or, again, stainless steel is used for the bottle material. The bottles required can either be provided by the customer or be supplied with the product as an overall package. FDA-compliant PTFE, EPDM and FEP are offered for the sealing material; other materials are available on request.
As standard, the valve bodies enable the following five functions: Use of pneumatic and/or manual operators, a sampling connection and CIP/SIP inlet, bottle filling, a CIP/SIP outlet, and a vent hole
Due to the flexibility in the design of GEMÜ block systems, these functions can be offered with different geometries. Other functions can also be integrated on request.
