Partners Real Estate Investment Trust Informed of Unit Sale
(firmenpresse) - VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/28/13 -- Partners REIT (TSX: PAR.UN) (the "REIT") has been informed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (the "League Monitor") that 3,872,863 units of the REIT were sold for $7.00 per unit by IGW Public Limited Partnership ("IGW") to McCowan & Associates Ltd. ("McCowan") today, further to the agreement between IGW and McCowan announced by the LEAGUE Group on November 22, 2013.
