New Mountain West Financial Center in The Village at Meridian Will Be Located at Prominent Corner of the Project
(firmenpresse) - BOISE, ID -- (Marketwired) -- 11/26/13 -- The Boise office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce () has brokered a deal between The Village at Meridian () and Mountain West Bank () to build a flagship financial center on the Northeast corner of Eagle Road and Fairview Avenue in Meridian, Idaho. The new financial center, which will be finished in December 2014, will consolidate two existing Mountain West Bank branches into a new, beautifully designed location. Jeffrey Hall, the Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce broker who was instrumental in the deal, will now focus his efforts on the marketing and disposition of the existing branches slated to be replaced by the Meridian financial center.
"Mountain West Bank wanted to build a centerpiece financial center that would enhance their presence in the Valley," said Jeffrey Hall, Associate Director - Retail Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce. "This location on the hard corner at The Village at Meridian is at the busiest intersection in the State of Idaho. The design of the building, which will be one of the most attractive buildings in the Valley, will add to the appeal of the area and serve the bank's members very well."
The building, which was designed by CTA Architects, will be 11,500 square feet when completed. Construction will begin in early 2014. Mountain West Bank, with the help of Jeffrey Hall, looked at other locations, including downtown Boise, but decided on The Village at Meridian because of the visibility and convenience of the development.
