SLM Solutions on TCT SHOW +personalize 2013 in Birmingham, UK
(PresseBox) - SLM Solutions GmbH is represented this year as an exhibitor at the TCT SHOW +personalize in hall 3a, booth B32. On 25 -26 September 2013 the company from Luebeck, Germany, shows with SLM (Selective Laser Melting) systems how the generative process accelerates and improves the processes in product development and manufacturing.
SLM Solutions, innovator and manufacturer in the field of plant technology for additive additive manufacturing, is represented this year at TCT SHOW in Birmingham, UK, and shows its generative (SLM / ALM) system techniques.
The company from Northern Germany presents the generative compact laser melting machine SLM ®125 HL at the booth B32 in hall 3a. The compact system SLM® 125 HL produces quality metal components on the basis of three-dimensional CAD data. The most economically operating system is designed for R & D as well as for the production of smaller workpieces using fine metal powder, stainless steel, tool steel, cobalt-chromium, nickel-based alloy, aluminum or titanium. With the patented new bidirectional loader movement the SLM® 125 HL is becoming the fastest system in ist class. Furthermore the system does offer a safe filter system and highly efficient protective gas consumption due to internal recirculation of inert gas at laminar flow.
The modular system is tried and tested and known for reliable and rapid manufacture of prototypes and production parts. The optimum part quality and efficiency is at the forefront. Through a variety of options and expandability, the system adapts to the different requirements.
