(OTC: APCX) is pleased to announce that it has engaged the auditing firm of Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C., to audit the financial statements of AppTech Corp. and its subsidiaries, Transcendent One and TransTech One, for the years ending December 31, 2012 and 2011 in preparation for subsequent registration filings. The company signed engagement letters for the respective audits last month and started the audit process this week.
