(NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on October 31, 2013 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2013. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.45 on October 3, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.88%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on October 31, 2013 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2013. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.31 on October 3, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.66%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0425 per share, payable on October 31, 2013 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2013. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.81 on October 3, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.78%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on October 31, 2013 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2013. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.35 on October 3, 2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.56%.
