The November course is CLSP 102 and provides litigation support professionals with practical resources and tools such as checklists, job aides and templates that can be applied immediately to improve litigation support project management.
During the 3 day course, participants learn the skills to effectively manage projects in today's high-risk and fast-paced litigation environment. Some of the workshops and concepts included are the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), cost containment strategies, applying project management methodologies to litigation and e-discovery, large case management and managing the technology to manage your projects. This course is for anyone with 3-5 years of litigation support experience. Litigation paralegals, document review attorneys and IT professionals are also excellent candidates for this training program. The cost to attend a public class is $1,900 per attendee. Customized private trainings that take place in-house at law firms or corporate legal departments are also available.
