(PresseBox) - Thermal pastes have the task to dissipate the process temperature and ensure better heat transfer between two substrates. This takes place in the electronic sector, e.g. micro-processors or other components out of the power electronics which have to be cooled. In this case the thermal paste represents the transition to a heat sink and thus leads the heat to it.
These materials, so called gap fillers are usually highly filled and you will need the right dosing system, because this layer thickness should be in an exact tolerance field.
