Residential

Buy to Let investors aren't missing out either, as we have cut rates on selected products including our popular Flexx for Term option which has been reduced from 3.79% down to 3.49%. And for investors looking for low up front fees, our new 4.15%, 2 year fixed rate, available up to 75% LTV with arrangement fees of just GBP 250 is ideal. And don't forget, as always, all products include a valuation up to GBP 670 (GBP 700 on BTL products) and access to our transfer service."

5 year fixed product ECRs: 5% until 31.10.15, 3% until 31.10.17 then 1% until 31.10.18
