Clearbrook Global Advisors Appoints Leslie Billet as Managing Director
Seasoned Investment Professional Will Enhance the Firm's Capabilities in the Institutional Space
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 09/11/13 -- , a privately held, independent investment management firm, today announced the appointment of as Managing Director, responsible for providing investment advisory services to institutional and high net worth clients of the firm. Leslie will be based in the firm's New York headquarters and will report to Elliott Wislar, CEO of Clearbrook.
Ms. Billet brings over 32 years of experience to Clearbrook. She joins the firm from Gallagher Fiduciary Advisors (GFI), (formerly Independent Fiduciary Services, Inc.), where she was a Senior Vice President responsible for managing many of the firm's institutional client relationships and overseeing all aspects of investment portfolios, including defined contribution plans. This included developing asset allocation which served the investment goals and requirements of plans and their fiduciaries; investment strategy and manager selection; performance evaluation and risk management. Prior to joining GFI, Ms. Billet was an Investment Officer at Brown Brothers Harriman, and a Manager at the New York Stock Exchange.

Ms. Billet received her MBA in Finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York, and her BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Political Science from Boston University.
