(firmenpresse) - OCEANSIDE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/16/13 -- Citadel EFT, Inc.'s (OTCQB: CDFT) CEO Gary DeRoos announces retaining of Ms. Mickala Rector, Esq. as an additional legal counsel to the Company.
Mickala Rector, Esq. is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, and concentrates her practice in civil litigation; specializing in commercial litigation, intellectual property and civil rights. She is one of the chief attorneys that represent the interests of in many diverse matters ranging from federal civil litigation to stock acquisitions. Mickala is admitted to the Pennsylvania and Eastern District of Pennsylvania bars. Since 2013 she has been a counsel attorney at Abbs & Console, LLP is a Philadelphia-based law firm that predominantly practices civil litigation, asset management, trusts and estates, and business planning.
