Jacquie Dragon Joins Merchants Bank as Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Dragon has over 20 years of HR management experience in financial service, consumer goods, manufacturing, health care, retail and telecommunications. She holds an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a BS in Social Work, and SPHR from the Society of Human Resources.
