During his 14-year career, Mr. Hoffman has closed transactions with a total value exceeding $7 billion. He has advised on a variety of transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, negotiated transactions, defense advisory, going private and fairness opinion mandates, for privately owned middle-market businesses as well as publicly traded companies. His advisory experience includes a broad range of industries including industrial growth, healthcare, business services, consumer products, retail, e-commerce technology, and media and entertainment.
Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Hoffman spent nearly nine years at Banc of America Securities LLC in Chicago, most of which was spent at Banc of America's Mergers and Acquisitions group, where he gained transaction experience on domestic and international transactions ranging from $20 million to $625 million. He also spent two years as Vice President in the Global Industries Group, where he originated and executed M&A and capital raising transactions for both public and private companies.
