Gideon Capital Corp. Announces Management Change
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/13 -- Gideon Capital Corp. ("Gideon Capital") (TSX VENTURE: GOL.P), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces the appointment of Giuseppe Morra to the board of directors to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Martin J. Doane.
Mr. Morra, a significant shareholder of Gideon Capital, is a local real estate developer and manufacturer of high-end custom carpentry.
