For real hardship cases: material 1.2714HH (~43 HRC) from Meusburger
(PresseBox) - Responding to many customer requests, Meusburger expands its range of products in material grade 1.2714HH with 1,350 N/mm² (~43 HRC). As of now, the FB sliding cores FW 50 and FW 52 change inserts and N - standard bars are available from stock in this pre-toughened material. The fact that no further heat treatment is required for this material grade allows for noticeably shorter manufacturing lead times. The material also features high temperature and impact resistance. In addition, it is easily machinable, despite its hardness (~43 HRC).
