BMO Bank of Montreal Changes Mortgage Rates
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/28/13 -- BMO Bank of Montreal announced today it is changing its residential mortgage rates, effective June 29, 2013.
The new rates are:
The interest rate for a fixed-rate mortgage is calculated half-yearly not in advance.
(i)This special discounted rate is not the posted rate of BMO Bank of Montreal. Rates are subject to change without notice. Mortgage funds must be advanced within 90 days of the application.
