Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Adds Senior Director Sean Barnes to Seattle Commercial Real Estate Team
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/24/13 -- Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced it has added Sean Barnes as a Senior Director to its highly-regarded Brokerage Services Group. Barnes will specialize in office brokerage and tenant representation in the Puget Sound market.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Barnes was a Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle and the Staubach Company for 13 years. Barnes was recognized seven times as a National Top Performer. He was also named the #1 Producing Broker in the Seattle Region two times in his tenure with Jones Lang LaSalle.
Prior to that, Barnes worked with Madison Realty Group. With Madison Realty Group, Barnes specialized in acquisition and disposition services. He had the responsibility of identifying candidates for property acquisition, underwriting investment opportunities, analyzing repositioning strategies, equity partnerships and debt placement. Barnes completed over 3 million square feet of transactions with Madison Realty Group for both office and retail properties.
Barnes is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he studied Economics. He is also a sponsor of the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA), American Electronics Association (AEA) and Financial Executives International (FEI).
