TALIGN Ultra iS - the intelligent machine alignment system
(PresseBox) - PRÜFTECHNIK Alignment Systems presents the proven ROTALIGN Ultra iS (intelligent System). In addition to shaft alignment, sensALIGN, the new sensor generation also features new capabilities for the measurement of system geometries. sensALIGN can be used for easy and precise measurement of the flatness of flanges or foundations, right angles of planes or axes and many other geometric applications.
The High Definition Position Sensitive Detector (HD PSD), in combination with the 7-axis measurement system, opens up a plethora of possibilities. Built-in intelligence ensures reliable measurements at all times. Expert modules such as Live Trend, Multiple coupling, Vibration Acceptance Check and RFID for machinery offer added value for every maintenance department.
Live Trend ? serves to monitor geometry changes in plants for precise and reliable measurement of thermal growth.
Multiple coupling ? enables measurement of machine trains with up to 14 machines. An intelligent algorithm ensures ideal alignment of all couplings with minimal corrections.
Vibration Acceptance Check ? offers a fast and simple check of the machine?s vibration levels before and after a successful alignment.
RFID for machinery ? ensures the exact allocation of a machine; also, the geometric data of the systems are immediately available in the measurement computer. The most important alignment data are stored in the RFID chip and can be retrieved directly using suitable mobile devices.
