Dresner Partners Hires Alan J. Mustacchi as Managing Director
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 06/03/13 -- Dresner Partners announced today that it has hired Alan J. Mustacchi as Managing Director and Head of Consumer Products and Specialty Retail Investment Banking. Mr. Mustacchi has more than 20 years of experience in middle market mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings, debt and equity private placements, and syndicated leveraged finance.
Mr. Mustacchi joins Dresner Partners from Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC where he was a Managing Director in the firm's Investment Banking Group and led its Consumer Products and Specialty Retail team. During his time at Navigant, Mr. Mustacchi also played an instrumental role in the firm's Industrial, Energy and Financial Services investment banking efforts. Prior to joining Navigant in 2005, Mr. Mustacchi was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Group of BNP Paribas where his team was responsible for the origination, structuring and underwriting of syndicated bank loans, mezzanine, bridge loans, high yield and equity co-investments in private equity sponsored leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancings. In the aggregate, Mr. Mustacchi has closed more than 60 transactions totaling in excess of $8 billion in transaction value.
