Leading Comfort Footwear Retailer Continues to Expand Their Walking for Hope Campaign and Community Outreach to Support the Fight Against Cancer

Now in its 20th year, the event has raised and distributed more than $68 million dollars to support women's cancer research, counseling and outreach programs. Over 60,000 people are expected to attend the events this year.
The Walking Company is a gold sponsor of the walk, which is one of the largest fundraising events in the country, and will also donate the volunteer t-shirts that will be worn at the event in each city. The sponsorship is another step for The Walking Company in their continued dedication to the fight against cancer. Every October, The Walking Company supports National Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the 'Walking for Hope' campaign, which raised over $200,000 last year through the sales of their exclusive Pink Ribbon Collection to support the City of Hope and hundreds of local charities across the country.
