Zebra Holdings and Investments S.a.r.l. Acquires Shares of North Arrow Minerals Inc.
(firmenpresse) - LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG -- (Marketwired) -- 04/29/13 -- Zebra Holdings & Investments S.a.r.l. ("Zebra"), a company controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, announced today that it had acquired ownership of 5,448,333 common shares of North Arrow Minerals Inc on April 29th, 2013 through a Private Placement. As a result of this acquisition, Zebra now owns 5,448,333 common shares representing approximately 19.86% of the issued and outstanding capital of North Arrow Minerals Inc.
Zebra has acquired securities in the Company for investment purposes. Zebra may from time to time increase or decrease its investment in North Arrow Minerals Inc. in the ordinary course of its business and depending upon future market conditions.
