Resource Capital Corp. Prices Public Offering of Common Stock

(NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today the pricing of its underwritten offering of 16,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $6.33 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,437,500 additional shares of the Company's common stock. The offering is expected to close on April 15, 2013.
Deutsche Bank Securities and J.P. Morgan are acting as the joint book-running managers of the offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
