The Amphitheater, which is part of a 62+/- acre entertainment complex, has been a destination venue for legendary entertainers that include Garth Brooks, Hank Williams Jr. and Tim McGraw. The property will sell in two parcels: the Amphitheater, concession stands, an "old town" souvenir promenade and all of the equipment on site will sell as Parcel 1. Parcel 2 is an adjacent 15.88+/- acre self-serve golf driving range. Both parcels are located on Hwy 5 just north of US 54. The Lake Ozarks Amphitheater is certified to accommodate up to 20,000 guests for concerts or festivals. All equipment and furnishings will convey with the real estate, which will sell without reserve to the highest bidder(s).
