A New York distributor who imports swing sets, dollhouses, playhouses, and other related large, outdoor toys from China. This distributor, selling to major American toy retailers and big-box discounters, has warehouses in the greater New York metro region and has opened a sister enterprise in Texas. They required a purchase order finance component in addition to expanded accounts receivable financing so they would not forego volume orders, and so they could expand beyond the New York area. DS-Concept Factoring has opened with a $1M facility, with an opportunity for additional funding.
A well-known, growing women's apparel company in the New York region, with a sister office in Pakistan (where DS maintains an office). This company sells to recognized women's apparel retail chains. They wanted both their purchase order financing and accounts receivable financing to be sourced at one firm, no longer requiring them to use separate and different lenders.
