Hansa.net Announces Working Capital Loan
(firmenpresse) - ANGUILLA, BRITISH WEST INDIES -- (Marketwire) -- 03/05/13 -- Hansa.net Global Commerce, Inc. (TSX VENTURE: HAN.H) ("Hansa") announces that it has received an unsecured, non-convertible loan in the amount of CDN$75,000 (the "Loan") from a director of Hansa which will be expended for general working capital purposes. The Loan is for a one year term and bears interest at the rate of 12% per annum, calculated, compounded and paid annually. NEX approval has been received for the Loan.
