New Hampshire Thrift Bancshares, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend and Annual Meeting Date
(firmenpresse) - NEWPORT, NH -- (Marketwire) -- 01/10/13 -- New Hampshire Thrift Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: NHTB) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of thirteen cents ($0.13) per share payable January 31, 2013, to stockholders of record as of January 24, 2013.
In addition, the Board of Directors has set May 9, 2013, as the date of the 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which will be held at the Lake Sunapee Bank Building, 1868 Room, 9 Main Street, Newport, New Hampshire at 10:00 a.m.
