Abraham has consolidated his firm, DAC Media Capital, into PALAZZO, and will work with PALAZZO clients to provide financial advisory and M&A-related activity, alongside founder and President Philip Palazzo, Jr. He brings deep skills in corporate finance, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financial performance strategy development, among other activities.
As General Partner of DAC Media Capital, Mr. Abraham completed over $800 million in private capital market transactions, many focused in cable television, broadcasting, and content. In his long career in both operations and finance, he has completed numerous placements of debt and equity, and has managed both sales and acquisitions.
