VPTax Expands to New Burlingame HQ
Central Location Supports National Growth

The move to larger offices and a more central location will support VPTax's expansion to other metropolitan areas in the U.S. and provide better access to the pool of highly qualified tax professionals in the entire Bay Area.
VPTax was founded in the Bay Area in 1991 and has been headquartered in San Jose for the past 21 years. Originally named EricThomas, VPTax adopted its new name at the start of 2012 and began an expansion strategy which included the opening of an office in Seattle and the recent signing of its first clients based in Austin, Texas.
VPTax has a unique business model -- it is exclusively focused on corporate tax. It provides cost-effective corporate tax advisory services and tax-return preparation services to clients from startups through Fortune 500 corporations. VPTax principals have an average of 20 years experience in corporate tax with combined public accounting and in-house corporate experience.
