Document Encryption Gateway for SharePoint? ? allows a transparent encoding of confidential documents in SharePoint?- without client installation. The documents get transparently encoded - in a streaming procedure through a Gateway- before the filing in SharePoint?-(AES256). This way, depending on the security level the documents can get coded differently. This way sensitive customer data can be classified as ?confidential? and contract documents as ?secret? - uncritical contents can be filed uncoded. The possibility of teamwork is preserved also for encoded documents. This solution is the best for the employment in Cloud-environments and is easy to put into practice.
Database Encryption Gateway for SharePoint? ? is a transparent database encoding, which encodes all confidential information in the SharePoint? database (e.g. documents and indexes). For encoded documents the functionality of SharePoint? remains unchanged? as e.g. full-text search and indexing. Here too the documents can be differently encoded depending on the security rating. Only authorized persons or team members gain access to the confidential documents. This solution is conceived for companies which have high security demands and which at the same time cannot renounce any SharePoint? functionality.
The product range is completed with SSO Gateway for SharePoint? which allows- for example through the 2-factor-authentication - an easy access to SharePoint? even in a Cloud environment.
All CORISECIO- solutions are based on the Open Source Security-platform secRT, which was developed in cooperation with the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). The secRT is completely scalable, this way it can convert also high performance demands. The solutions can be applied as VM or appliance and can be used in Cloud environments.
