Powerful treatment against structure-borne sound: Lindner Noise Mastic.
(firmenpresse) - Lindner Noise Mastic is an anti-drumming coating suitable for every kind of metal and sheet construction. The cementless loading compound made by Lindner combines three aspects of facility planning: acoustics, environment protection and safety.
The absorbent material proves its worth first of all on partition and metal ceiling systems, on reflectors in concert halls or recording studios or also as sound deadening on facades and pipework systems. Even thin layers efficiently absorb structure-borne sound and prevent it from propagating into the supporting structure - fulfilling all aspects of DIN EN ISO 6721-3. Lindner customizes the sheet and coating thickness to improve its bending behavior and to eliminate disturbing humming noises.
Lindner Noise Mastic damps noise at a high level independently of the ambient temperature. To achieve the best results, the loading compound should be used on zinc-galvanised steel, untreated V2A stainless steel or aluminium. Therefore, the anti-drumming coating is easy to apply -processed both mechanically or manually.
This Lindner product proofs that environmental protection and safety can go hand in hand with eatch other. Based on water, Lindner Noise Mastic does not need any chemical diluents which might be harmful to the environment. The entire product is made up of environmentally compatible materials and fulfills the highest fire protection standards: Noise Mastic has been classified "not flammable" DIN EN 13501-1, building material class A2.
The product is to be used at temperatures ranging from plus 5 to 30°C. Even layers with a thickness of 5 mm are usually fully resilient after one day. Noise Mastic is weather resistant and moisture dispersant: It absorbs condensation humidity and gradually releases it during the day.
