For instance, the PCE-180 CB Cable Detector locates connections and interruptions of cables in cable conduits and cable bundles. The cable location outside on the street can be fulfilled, for example, with the cable detector Easyloc. In-wall cables and cables behind plaster-boards are best detected ith the PCE-191 CB. The most versatile device among the cable detectors is the PCE-CL 10. With this device, both, cables in concrete and masonry as well as cables in the ground can be located. For some instruments, it is not necessary to interrupt the current flow or to switch off the electrical device. Thus, it is very easy to find all energized cables with the right cable detector. There are nearly no limits to the possibilities of cable detectors since these multi-scanning devices can even detect stud frames of wood or metal in drywalls.
