Rotate Black Receives Unanimous Planning Commission Approval

(PINKSHEETS: ROBK) (the "Company"), a premier casino resort manager and developer, is pleased to announce that in addition to its MS Gaming commission approval its Gulfport project received a unanimous decision last night from the City of Gulfport Planning Commission to construct and operate a gaming facility at its property located adjacent to the small craft harbor in downtown Gulfport, MS. This approval now allows Rotate Black to obtain all the necessary building permits to begin construction on its $112M casino resort. "The Company sincerely appreciates the hard work and support of the city's leadership and especially thanks our architect, Eley Guild, and our general contractor, Yates Anderson for delivering a plan that will become a tremendous destination resort," John Paulsen, Rotate Black, Inc., CEO.
