The 4th annual Chili Cook-Off is a relatively new addition to the events under the tarp, so to speak! Championed by Calgary law firm Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer (BD&P), aims to raise $500,000 in food and funds for the , just during the week of Stampede.
Now's your chance to help us , and it's a simple as a sample!
Drop by the this weekend and try each of the chilis on offer. For a small donation to the Food Bank, you will enjoy samples of the not-so-secret chili recipes of five Market vendors, including a gluten-free version and a vegetarian option. All a Taster has to do is vote for their favourite. The winner, announced mid-afternoon on the 15th, ropes the coveted Golden Spatula. Trust us when we say, this is not to be missed!

"We have 5 competitors who are eager to win the Golden Spatula while helping support the and the campaign.
